In Mexico, coffee was not just a drink; it was the pulse of the morning, the smoke of firewood, and the black clay that held the warmth of the sun. It was ritual.
Arriving in Vancouver, amid the rain, I found silence. In the immensity of British Columbia’s mountains, I found the space to remember that moments of stillness deserve their own light.
VELA is born in this moment: seeking a void between Oaxacan richness and northern calm. A search for meaning in every drop.
